Frequently asked questions about AI solutions

Understand what to consider in an AI project—scope, costs, timelines, collaboration and integrations—before deciding what could fit your business.

About AI solutions

What is an AI solution for business, and how can it help me?

An AI solution is a software tool that takes over tasks that used to consume your team's time: replying to customers, moving information between systems, drafting messages, processing documents. In practice it means more time for your team, fewer errors and faster replies for your customers.

What types of solutions do you offer?

Four directions: AI chatbots that answer customers on your website and messaging channels; automation of repetitive processes; AI integrations into the website, CRM or tools you already use; and custom AI applications, built when an off-the-shelf product does not fit. You can start with just one, or combine them.

I run a small business — does AI make sense for me?

Yes — often even more than for large companies: in a small team, every saved hour is felt. You do not need a large budget to start. Together we choose a single process — the one that consumes most of your time — and begin there.

What makes your approach different?

We start from the business problem, not from a predetermined tool. We analyse your real process, look for practical ways to connect AI with the systems you already use, and explain the trade-offs before we build anything.
02

Implementation and process

Where do I start? Do I need a technical brief?

You do not need any technical brief. It is enough to describe what is slow, repetitive or difficult to scale in your business — a task, a bottleneck, a step in the customer journey. We review the context and continue the conversation with practical questions.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on complexity: a chatbot on approved content usually launches within a few weeks, while an automation with several integrations can take two to three months. You receive a time estimate together with the offer, once we understand the process.

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

Usually not. We first look for practical ways to connect AI with your current website, CRM and tools. We only recommend replacing them when there is genuinely no better way — and we explain why.

Will my team know how to work with the solution?

Yes — the solutions are designed for people without technical training, and at launch your team receives the necessary onboarding. If anything remains unclear along the way, you ask us and we clarify it together.
03

Costs

How much does an AI solution cost?

The cost depends on the process, the connected systems and the languages you work in, so we do not work with fixed prices set in advance. We prepare a personalised offer once we understand exactly what you need, and the first conversation is free. We explain the price factors in detail in the blog article "How much does an AI solution cost for your business?".

Do I pay once or monthly?

Usually both: an implementation cost, paid once, and a monthly running cost — AI model usage, hosting and adjustments. You receive them separately in the offer, so you know exactly what to expect.

Are there hidden costs?

No — that is precisely why we present the implementation cost and the monthly running costs separately, before you sign anything. If you later want extensions beyond what we agreed, they are discussed and approved first.
04

Data, languages and control

What happens to my company's data?

We establish from the start which data the solution uses, where it is stored and who has access to it — and we explain these choices in plain language, not legal jargon. We use your data only for the agreed project.

Can the chatbot answer customers in Romanian and Russian?

Yes — this is one of the most common situations in Moldova. The content is prepared and tested separately in each language, and the chatbot replies in the language the customer writes in: Romanian, Russian or English.

Can AI make mistakes? Who stays in control?

Yes, AI can make mistakes — which is why we configure solutions so that your team stays in control: we define where AI only prepares the work and where human review is mandatory, and unusual situations always reach your team.

What happens after launch?

The solution is adjusted during the first weeks based on real situations: which questions lacked a good answer, what needs to be added. We remain available for support and extensions — but we expand only when the next step makes business sense.
