The ai-worldhub.com website is operated by “AI World Hub” S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, with its registered office at MD-2001, CHIŞINĂU, CENTRU CHIŞINĂU, TIGHINA St., 49, IDNO 1026023041256.
For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are the data controller-that is, we decide what data we collect and how we use it.

Please do not include sensitive data in your messages (medical, financial, or information regarding religious or political beliefs, etc.)-we do not request it and do not need it.

5. International Data Transfers
Some of our providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, or email services) may store data on servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union or the United States.
6. How Long We Retain Data
- Messages from the contact form: 24 months from the last communication, after which we delete them.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe; after unsubscribing, we retain only the minimum record of the unsubscription.
- Technical and security logs: 12 months.
- Contractual and billing data (if you become a customer): in accordance with the legal retention periods in the Republic of Moldova.

Right to file a complaint: if you believe we have violated your rights, you may contact the National Center for the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP) – datepersonale.md. Users in the EU may contact the supervisory authority in their country.
