The website ai-worldhub.com is operated by "AI WORLD HUB" S.R.L., registered in the Republic of Moldova, with its registered office at: MD-2001, Chisinau, Chisinau city center, 49 Tighina St., IDNO 1026023041256.
Under data protection law we are the data controller, which means that we decide which data we collect and how we use it.

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide to us directly
Contact form / request for a proposal:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Subject of the request / service of interest
- Content of the message
Newsletter subscription form:
- Name
- Email address
Direct correspondence: if you write to us by email or call us, we keep the content of the correspondence.
Please do not include sensitive data in your messages (medical or financial data, data on religious or political beliefs, etc.): we do not request it and do not need it.
2.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit the website, the following is collected automatically:
- IP address
- Browser and device type, operating system
- Pages visited, duration of the visit, the source you came to the site from
- Language settings (Romanian / English / Russian)
This data is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).
2.3 Data we do not collect
- We have no user accounts and we do not store passwords.
- We do not process payments on the website and we do not collect bank card data.
- The website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data on minors (see Section 11).

4. Who we share data with
Only the following have access to your data:
Service providers who help us run the website (authorised processors):
- Hosting provider: Hostinger, website hosting
- Email and newsletter service: Brevo, newsletter distribution
- Analytics service: Google Analytics 4, traffic statistics
Public authorities: only where this is required by law (for example, at the request of the competent authorities).
5. International data transfers
Some of our providers (for example, hosting, analytics or email services) may store data on servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union or the USA.
6. How long we keep data
- Messages from the contact form: 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete them.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe; after unsubscribing we keep only minimal data on the unsubscription.
- Technical and security logs: 12 months.
- Contract and payment data (if you become a client): in accordance with the archiving periods established by law in the Republic of Moldova.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of access: to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
- Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction of processing: to limit the ways in which we use your data.
- Right to object: to object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting processing carried out previously (for example, unsubscribing from the newsletter with one click).

We will reply within no more than 15 days.
Right to lodge a complaint: you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP): datepersonale.md. Users from the EU can contact the supervisory authority of their own country.
8. How we protect data
- An encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) across the entire website.
- Restricted access to data from the forms: only those people who need it in order to answer your request.
- Regular security updates of the website platform.
- Strong passwords and secure authentication for website administration.
No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable measures proportionate to the risk. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with the law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social networks, external articles). We are not responsible for their privacy policies; please review those policies before providing them with your data.
11. Privacy of minors
Our services are intended for companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data on persons under 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices or the law change. The current version, with the date of the last update, will always be published on this page. In the event of material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the website [and/or notify subscribers by email] no later than [15/30] days before the changes take effect.
13. Applicable law
This policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, in particular Law No 133/2011 on personal data protection. In relation to users from the European Union, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) additionally apply, to the extent that our services are intended for them.
